There may occasionally be delays in production, but we will inform you if an item is backordered. You will receive an e-mail confirmation once your order ships. We are based in Brooklyn, NY and charge 8.875% sales tax for any orders shipped to NY State. PACKAGING Your item(s) will arrive ready for gift giving. If you are sending a gift directly, leave instructions in the comments section at checkout and we will enclose a small tag with your message. NO RETURNS, EXCHANGES ONLY (jewelry) Jewelry purchased domestically from www.soraced.com may be exchanged within 5 days of receipt for an item of equal or lesser value or for a credit towards a future purchase. International orders are final sale. We cannot accept returns/exchanges that were purchased from any other retailer. Perfume oil/scent: each is hand poured to order- made specially for you and not returnable. How to: Send a brief e-mail to hello@soraced.com and include your name, item(s), and invoice number. For your protection, please pack your return item securely and return your order with an insured track-able courier and retain your receipt. CARE/ JEWELRY Each piece is handcrafted using the best materials and although we make every effort to ensure the colors and sizes are accurate, there may be slight variations due to the handmade nature of materials. The nature of all metals causes them to develop a natural patina over time from exposure to oxygen, moisture, and oils in the skin. To discourage the tarnishing process, keep jewelry clean and dry. Luster can be restored using a treated polishing cloth. CARE/ PERFUME OIL Most essential oils are good almost indefinitely if stored in closed, glass bottles away from heat and light. However, a few oils such as citrus and conifer oils have a shorter shelf life due to certain constituents that react to oxygen in a way that degrades the oil over time. These oils are best used within a year of opening.
